CB&EB63~160 氮氣式 工業油壓吸震器

緊急安全設計運用、天車、碼頭起重機、高山纜車

ACE CB&EB重型系列工業油壓吸震器,專為用在緊急安全吸震及改進大型工業設備之性能而設計的。油壓吸震器在低速的運用中能提供最低的氣壓阻力,在緊急或高速的情況中,CB吸震器反應液壓原­理,藉由減速控制來確保反作用力不會衰退。

 

CB&EB系列是自力補償式油壓吸震器,當物體撞擊到油壓吸震器時,軸心會往內伸入,同時移動內部活塞去壓縮液壓油,油會從活塞管孔口外穿過內部,多孔的孔口會一個一個的關閉,當動能轉變為熱能時,反作用力減至最低時,撞擊的負載物體能很有效的被停止下來,更不會出現不良的反作用力,這是ACE運用先進技術的電腦模擬輔助系統精密的設計,多孔口的特性提供了平穩的直線減速吸震性能。

 

CB軸心是中空的氮氣蓄壓室,EB系列是彈簧和氮氣0.55 bar~1.03 bar的低壓和油隔著一個獨立密封分離式的活塞,內部灌有一定壓力的氮氣,主要是做為軸心的回歸,取代傳統的彈簧回規設計,EB系列有更低的回歸壓力。

 

每一支CB&EB吸震器的流量孔口,都是依客戶設備上需求所特別設計的,所以每一支CB&EB在出廠時產品型號後有5個數字,(CB&EB63 x100-F-99870)這是為每一位客戶所願意做最好品質、技術、服務的信譽保證。

 

 

型號中EU代號是在歐盟地區銷售,歐盟以外地區都沒有EU代號,有EU和沒有EU代號,產品外觀、尺寸和功能都是一樣,沒有任何差異

應用範圍:升降梯起重機(電梯)、輸送機、迴轉設計、碼頭升降起重機設備、鋼鐵工業、鑄造工業、升降機、鋸木廠、離岸鑽井機及橋樑、火車、天車、緊急安全運用...等等

 

ACE EB系列是彈簧和灌有0.55 bar~1.03 bar的氮氣倉壓力,
主要是做為在被衝擊時有更低的G Force以及更低的軸心回歸力,這是和CB系列唯有不同的設計。

技術資料和注意事項

 

◎ 最高反作用力 CB&EB:63=187,000 N    CB&EB:100= 467,000 N       CB&EB:160=700,000 N
◎ 最低回歸力:CB 63: 1,700 N   EB63 : 600 N。   CB 100 : 4,500 N   EB100 : 930 N。  CB 160: 11,000 N   EB160 : 1,870 N。 
◎ 油的型態 : ATF。
◎ 注意衝擊時的最大偏心角度。
◎ 衝擊速度範圍:0.9 ~ 4.6 m/s 。
◎ 操作溫度:-12℃ ~ 66℃ (有特別別需求請來電話詢問) 。
◎ 使用環境上特別需求: 本體防腐蝕、上漆、電鍍、不銹鋼軸心、中空軸心、特別的固定支架等都可提供。
◎ 嚴禁軸心上有焊屑、異物或用夾鉗破壞軸心表面光滑精度,被破壞的精度軸心會無法正常回歸,也會直接傷害軸心密封圈造成密封圈、軸心和前蓋軸承故障,無法正常回歸。
◎ 嚴禁在本體上油漆,為了讓吸震器有更好的散熱效果 。

Robust power house: The emergency stop for use in heavy duty areas from the CB63 to CB160 product family has internal system seals. Even dirt or scratches to the piston rod do not lead to a leakage or failure. Compressed gas accumulators allow return forces of up to 100 kN in the CB models, which can make applications in multiple bridge crane systems safer, for example. The absorber body and the robust, large-sized piston rod bearing are also designed for heavy duty operations.

Just like all ACE safety shock absorbers, the characteristic curve or damping characteristics of each individual CB representative is individually adjusted to the respective application.

Whether its crane systems or machines in heavy duty applications e.g. in the metal industry or in mining, these powerful safety shock absorbers reliably protect construction designs against expensive failure.

NOTE

The shock absorber can be pushed through its stroke. In creep speed conditions the shock absorber provides minimal resistance and there is no braking effect.
